Thank you for shopping at Trixster Custom Baits. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Because each item is individually crafted by hand, there are natural variations in color, pattern, and finish that make each bait unique.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, or minor variations in hand-painted details.
We only accept returns on products that are received in a damaged condition.
2. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within [3 or 7] days of delivery to initiate a claim. To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

You must provide a clear photo of the damage and the shipping packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To report a damaged item, please contact us at benjiewinkler@gmail.com with your order number and the required photos. Once we inspect the evidence of damage, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Replacements: If you prefer, and if the item is in stock, we may offer to send a replacement for the damaged product instead of a refund.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the damage was a direct result of our error or carrier mishandling. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
